Everything Asbestos Environmental has been removing asbestos safely since 2012. We're a small, licensed contractor based in Rainham, working within around 50 miles across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire, for councils, housing associations, main contractors and private clients alike. Between us, the team brings more than a century in the trade.
Everything we do is licensed and accountable. We're an HSE-licensed contractor and we work to the regulations on every job, with no shortcuts. Work is planned from our Rainham base, with Rob and Reece allocating jobs and briefing the team at the start of each one. It keeps communication direct and the work tight, with nothing lost down a chain — and it's a big part of why clients stay with us.

Careful work, straight answers
Small is deliberate. The person who quotes your job is one of the people who turns up to do it, so you get straight answers from someone who knows the work — not a script. Asbestos can be unsettling, so our job is to take the worry out of it: explain plainly what needs doing, do it properly, and leave everything in order. We're in occupied homes most weeks, and we treat them as we'd want ours treated — clean, tidy and considerate.
Tony Sholtka
Asbestos Supervisor & Operative
Tony brings 42 years of experience to site, supervising and carrying out removal work. He's spent much of that on social housing contracts and knows exactly what occupied, lived-in jobs demand.
Max Bird
Licensed Asbestos Operative
Max is a licensed operative with 4 years in the trade, carrying out removal work as part of the site team, with hands-on experience on social housing contracts.
Reece Bird
Business Partner & Senior Site Supervisor
Reece has 38 years in the sector, including 12 years on social housing contracts.
He holds a ProQual Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal and LW03 (LTG23) Licensed Asbestos Manager Training.
He leads on-site supervision for both licensed and non-licensed work, including pre-start briefings, quality and compliance checks, and day-to-day team management.
Rob Pearl
Managing Director & Contract Manager
Rob has 29 years in asbestos removal, including 12 years delivering contracts for housing associations and local authorities.
He holds an SQA Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Licensed Asbestos Removal for Contract Managers, the Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal qualification, and LW03 (LTG23) Licensed Asbestos Manager Training.
Rob is most clients' main point of contact, looking after compliance, documentation, reporting and scheduling from first quote to sign-off.
