REMOVAL: Handled start to finish
When asbestos has to be removed, it requires a licensed contractor working under strict controls, and most higher-risk removals must be reported to the HSE before work starts. We are licensed by the Health and Safety Executive to undertake licensable asbestos work (Licence 132505622). And have been safely removing asbestos since 2012 for housing providers, councils, contractors and private clients across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire. Where taking it out isn't the safest option, we can encapsulate instead.

Does it actually need removing?
Asbestos in good condition and left undisturbed is often safest managed where it is, and that's the honest advice we'll give you before quoting any work.
Removal becomes the answer when material is damaged, deteriorating, or in the way of refurbishment or demolition.
3. Remove
The team takes the asbestos out under controlled conditions, keeping everything wetted and bagged as they go.
4. Clear and certify
For enclosed work, an independent analyst carries out the air testing and issues the clearance certificate before anyone moves back in.
5. Dispose
Waste is double-bagged, documented and taken to a licensed hazardous-waste site.

We seal off the work area — using a controlled enclosure under negative pressure for higher-risk materials — so fibres stay contained.

We assess the material, prepare a plan of work and risk assessment, and where the work is licensable, notify the HSE before we begin.
